FOUNDER
Nearly two years ago I returned to work as a new mother — an experience that transformed my perspective and ignited my purpose. With several years of coaching and a decade in agency roles, I decided to combine the two and help support mothers as well as businesses in designing tailored reboarding experiences that help mothers reintegrate with confidence, practical tools, and leadership visibility. I partner with new parents and organisations to create flexible, human-centred transitions that honour caregiving while accelerating professional growth..

Empowering mothers to rebuild confidence during career and family transitions through tailored coaching, practical tools, and community support.

I also partner with businesses to improve retention and reboarding for new parents—designing compassionate return-to-work plans, flexible reintegration strategies, and resources that keep parents engaged and thriving.
For those wHO WANT TO Reclaim confidence at every stagE OF MOTHERHOOD.
As a mother, I experienced a lack of support in understanding the deep personal shift women go through when becoming mothers. My purpose is to support these women through this transition—whether you are pregnant, a new mother, or navigating later stages—and to help you regain your confidence at any stage of motherhood.

I Help businesses optimiSe their reboarding by auditing existing processes, identifying gaps, and collaborating with teams to IMPROVE THE PROCESS.
I returned to work with little support and constant pressure to “return to normal,” which made the transition harder, eroded confidence, and slowed productivity for both me and my teammates.
That personal experience revealed a clear market gap: many organisations lack intentional reboarding processes to help returning employees reintegrate. I now partner with businesses to design and implement reboarding practices that enable smoother transitions, boost retention, improve engagement, and accelerate productivity.

A holistic approach to supporting both mothers and businesses during the return-to-work journey.
